He was born in 1976 in Bursa. After completing his primary and secondary education in Bursa, he graduated from Kuleli Military High School and Military Academy. After serving in various ranks in Turkey and abroad, he retired from the Turkish Armed Forces with the rank of Senior Colonel in 2023. He completed his MA in International Relations at Karadeniz Technical University and his Associate Degree in Foreign Trade at Atatürk University. He is still working as General and Foreign Trade Manager at Taşkar Group.
